Practical information

It is structured but flexible, as everyone’s experience depends on what they bring to the programme. 

All sessions are held online and completely private and confidential. Giving you confidence to be open and honest during the process.

Our one to one sessions are generally 90 minutes and usually one to two weeks apart depending on what you need. It is split into three phases:

Where you are. Now. – This is a free, guided reflection if you want a little space to breathe and a quiet hour to take stock. They run monthly and more details can be found here.

What you do. Now. – Just curious about yourself and want some insights into how you naturally prefer to operate? This is that. A complete DISC personality profile, and in depth discussion about the insights with a focus on personal awareness.

Who you are. Now. – This single session is an exploration of what drives you from the inside. Where DISC is how you prefer to take action, this is about which actions are meaningful to you. If DISC is the how, this is the why.
